The new system ensures high production capacity, optimizing processing times while maintaining the highest quality standards. Thanks to the advanced technological solutions adopted, the furnace also enables a significant reduction in energy consumption, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable process.
 

A distinctive feature of the system is the UP-900 convection pre-chamber with Full Convection technology, which allows uniform preheating of the glass before entering the furnace. This results in greater process stability, reduced thermal shock, and an increase in productivity of up to 30%.
 

An advanced solution that also expands production capabilities, facilitating the processing of complex glass types such as next-generation low-E glass, thick glass, or glass with special features.
